Gaining Quality Backlinks For Your Articles

The web is awash with tips, strategies and resources for website promotion. Many of us will have wondered how to promote articles and deep links (pages) in the same way. Fortunately, with a little work and some knowledge article, lens, hub or page marketing can be tremendously beneficial to content writers and marketers. I have compiled a list of places that have worked for me (without affiliate links! So you're certain of my good intent) and have helped me promote my material with tangible results. Redgage Redgage allows users to share any kind of online content (that is yours), including duplicate content. Not only are you rewarded with valuable do-follow links, you are also given monetary compensation based on page views. 1000 page views (surprisingly easy to accrue) will reward you with 75 cents. But by far the most money is earned by recieving sporadic bonuses. Occasionally, one of the Redgage staff will reward you with around 3-4 dollars for your shared content. It can really add up. Shetoldme This is a very useful website to generate back links as you may upload your content as a socialbookmark with a do-follow tag extremely rapidly.You are also rewarded with 100% of the revenue of any adsense clicks on the page you uploaded. Highly recommended. Xomba Xomba is yet another free service that works similarly to Shetoldme: a social bookmark with a voting system and a backlink. Unfortunately all backlinks are no No-follow. The good news is that you are given additional adsense earnings, and that the Xomba community is vibrant and will reward you with some traffic. Deeplink Directories You will know the value of submitting your website to relevant and authority directories. What you may not know is that there are many directories that allow you to submit deeplinks (specific pages or articles). I have added a link, below, with a comprehensive listing. Press Releases If you have written an article on something important, utilizing free press releases (research the correct structure and PR formatting first!) is a fantastic way to get the word out about your thoughts quickly. Bear in mind that most PR sites (even the free ones) will scoff at articles that resemble articles or are seeking to market products under a journalistic disguise. If you have written something that is newsworthy, your first stop should be a targeted press release. These are a few great examples to set you on your way.
